AI video generator
Describe what you want to explain and AutoScribble writes the story, draws the visuals and animates it for you.
An AI video generator turns written input into a finished video without a camera, an editor or a timeline. In AutoScribble you type or paste what you want to explain, read back the narration script it proposes, change anything you disagree with, then pick four things: the shape of the video, the narrator voice, the length and whether your logo appears. Rendering takes around ten minutes and gives you a downloadable MP4 that is private until you decide to share it.
New accounts: one free 30-second video with 50 welcome credits. Download included. Longer videos use paid credits.
Free to write and rewrite. Credits are only used when you generate.
What an AI video generator actually does
Traditional video production splits into five jobs: scripting, storyboarding, illustration, voice recording and editing. An AI video generator collapses them into one step driven by text. You supply the meaning; the generator supplies the words, the drawings, the voice and the timing.
AutoScribble is built for one kind of video: the explainer. Everything in it is aimed at making an idea clear in under two minutes, which is why the output is a hand-drawn sketch animation with narration rather than stock footage stitched together.
What you can put in
Anything written is a valid starting point. The generator is just as happy with a rough sentence as with a polished script.
- A one-line brief, such as 'explain how our returns process works'
- A full script you have already written and want narrated word for word
- A plain text or markdown file you upload
- Notes pasted from a document, a deck or an email
The four choices you make
Every other setting is handled for you. These are the ones that change what the viewer sees and hears.
Editing the script before anything is generated
The script is the part that decides whether the video lands, so it is fully editable and free to change as often as you like. Rewrite a line yourself, replace the whole thing with your own copy, or ask the AI to redraft it with an instruction such as 'make it friendlier' or 'lead with the cost saving'.
The narration is checked against the length you chose. If the words would not fill the time, you are offered the choice of writing more or moving to a shorter video, so you never pay for two minutes and get thirty seconds.
What the cost looks like
Videos are paid for in credits, where 100 credits buys one minute of finished video. A 30-second video costs 50 credits, a minute costs 100 and two minutes cost 200. New accounts start with 100 welcome credits, so the first video costs nothing.
If the finished film comes out shorter than you ordered, the difference is refunded automatically. Writing, rewriting and previewing the script are always free — credits are only spent when you generate.
After the video is made
The file is yours. Download the MP4 in one click, named after the video and the date, or share it without downloading.
- A private link that expires, for sending to a client or colleague
- Email sharing, with the people you send to saved for next time
- A written caption for X, Facebook, LinkedIn or YouTube Shorts
- Your public gallery page, if you choose to show the video off

Common questions
- How long does it take to generate a video?
- Writing and editing the script takes as long as you want and costs nothing. Rendering the animation usually takes around ten minutes, and you get an email when it is ready.
- Can I use my own script?
- Yes. Paste it in or upload a plain text or markdown file and it will be narrated as written, subject to fitting the length you chose.
- Who owns the finished video?
- You do. It is private to your account by default, and it only appears in the public gallery if you switch that on yourself.
- What if I do not like the result?
- Open the video and choose to make changes. You can edit the words, change the length, voice or shape, add a logo or images and order a new version, with the credit cost shown before you confirm.
