Training video maker

Turn the briefing you keep repeating into a video that does it for you.

Most internal training is delivered live, badly documented and forgotten within a week. A short animated training video fixes the correct version of a process so every new starter gets the same explanation. AutoScribble builds one from your written process: paste the steps or describe them, edit the drafted narration until it matches how your organisation actually works, then choose length, voice and shape and generate a video you can send or embed.

Free to write and rewrite. Credits are only used when you generate.

What to make first

Start with the induction topics you repeat most, because they pay back immediately.

  • How the first day works
  • The one system everyone must use correctly
  • The policy people most often get wrong
  • The escalation route when something goes wrong

Writing a process into a script

Processes read badly when they are narrated as a list. Give the video a reason before the steps: what goes wrong when the process is skipped, then the steps, then who to ask.

Edit the drafted narration until the terminology matches your organisation — system names, job titles and forms should be exactly as staff hear them day to day.

Length by topic

Split anything longer than two minutes into separate videos.

Keeping training current

Processes change, and out-of-date training is worse than none. When a step changes, open the video, choose make changes, edit that line and order a new version — the old one stays in your library for the record.

Getting it to staff

Send an expiring private link, email it to a saved list of recipients, or download the MP4 and load it into your intranet or learning system. Videos are private to your account by default.

What it costs

Rendering is paid in credits: 100 credits per minute, so 50 for thirty seconds and 200 for two minutes. New accounts start with 100 welcome credits. Writing and editing the script is free, which means a manager can prepare a whole induction set before any credits are spent.
