Decide what the document is for
A video cannot carry a whole report, and it should not try. Work out the single decision or understanding the document is meant to produce, and build the video around that.
The document stays as the source of record; the video is the thing people actually watch before the meeting.

You can paste text straight in, or upload a plain text or markdown file if the content already lives in one. Either way the narration is drafted for you and stays fully editable until you generate.
Getting the facts right
Anything precise — figures, dates, names — should be checked in the script before you generate, because the narration is spoken exactly as written. Editing is free and unlimited at that stage.
Circulating it
Send an expiring private link instead of an attachment, email it to a saved list of recipients, or download the MP4 for an intranet. Videos stay private to your account unless you share them.
Cost
Rendering costs 100 credits per minute of finished video — 50 for thirty seconds, 200 for two minutes — and new accounts start with 100 welcome credits. If the finished film runs shorter than the length you ordered, the difference is refunded automatically.

- Plain text and markdown script files. For other documents, copy the relevant text and paste it in.
- How much of a report can fit in a video?
- Two minutes holds roughly 260 to 300 spoken words — a conclusion and the findings behind it, not a full report.
- Will figures be read out correctly?
- They are narrated exactly as written in the script, so check any numbers in the editor before you generate.
- Can I keep it internal?
- Yes. Videos are private to your account and shared only by an expiring link, by email or by downloading the file.
