One marketing explainer, both ways
We took a single 60-second explainer for a fictional booking tool and mapped every edit each route needs before it is ready to publish. Edits are counted as discrete changes a person makes — not minutes on a stopwatch, which we cannot measure for someone else''s team.
The totals are the honest headline: the template route asks for far more edits, and rewards them with control. The brief route concentrates almost every edit in the script.

The shared 60-second script: Most no-shows are not rudeness. They are forgetting. Someone books on Tuesday, means it, and by Friday it has fallen out of their head. You lose the slot, they lose the appointment, and nobody meant for it to happen. So do three small things. Confirm the booking in the moment, in writing, with the date spelled out. Remind them the day before, in the channel they actually read. And make moving the appointment easier than ignoring it — one tap, no phone call, no apology required. That last one matters most. People who cannot reschedule easily do not reschedule. They just disappear. Do the three and your empty slots stop being a mystery. They become a number you can watch go down.
When Powtoon is the better choice
Choose Powtoon when the visual composition is the point: a long product walkthrough with specific screens, an infographic-heavy report, a film that must match an existing template your brand team signed off. Choose it as well if you want animated characters on screen, or if you regularly make videos longer than a couple of minutes with many distinct scenes.
