White-label video production: your name on the work
Your agency brand on the delivery, your client's brand in the film, and nothing in between.
White-label only matters if it holds up everywhere the client looks: the film itself, the page they watch it on, and the email that took them there. Here is how each of those three carries your branding and your client's, and not the tool's.
The film carries the client''s brand
Open the Brand section before you generate and the video is produced against what you put in it. Nothing is required — add one thing or all five.
- Up to three brand colours, pasted in as hex codes.
- The client''s logo.
- Their fonts, uploaded as files.
- A brand guidelines document — PDF, Word, Markdown or plain text.
- Any other assets: product images, existing clips, illustrations.
The brand is remembered per client
Save it once against that client and every later video starts from it. The second video for a client takes materially less time than the first, which is what makes a retainer profitable rather than merely nice.
The approval page carries your brand
When you send a video to a client or a lead, they land on a page showing your agency name and your agency logo, taken from your Agency settings. The emails they receive come from your agency name too: "[Your agency] has produced an animated video for [their company]." There is no invitation to go and make it themselves.
What you set up once
In Settings, the Agency tab holds everything the client sees of you.
| Setting | Where it appears |
|---|---|
| Agency name | Emails, approval pages, lead offer pages |
| Agency logo | Top of every page a client or lead lands on |
| Website | Your branding block on the offer page |
| Contact email shown to clients | Replies from clients and leads |
| Short description of the agency | The offer page for cold leads |
What is not white-labelled
Two things, deliberately. Lead purchase pages carry a small line noting that payments are handled securely, because taking card details anonymously is worse for your conversion, not better. And the platform''s own transactional emails to you — receipts, alerts, sale notifications — come from AutoScribble, because they are yours, not your client''s.
Fonts and guidelines in practice
Upload the client''s font files rather than naming the font, and upload the guidelines document rather than paraphrasing it. Both are read as firm instructions when the video is produced, which is what stops every client''s film looking like every other client''s film.

Common questions
- Does the finished MP4 carry any AutoScribble branding?
- No. The delivered file is the client''s video.
- Can I use a different brand for each client?
- Yes. Brand settings are saved per client and applied automatically to their videos.
- Can I upload the client''s own fonts?
- Yes — upload the font files in the Brand section and they are used in the film.
- What does the client see in the email?
- Your agency name and logo, a still from the video, and a link to watch it.
- Do I have to fill in everything in the Brand section?
- No. It is closed by default and every field is optional — one hex code is a perfectly valid brand setup.
