Every day at Hygi-Tec starts with a customer needing product. Omar enters the customer, products, quantities, delivery date and notes into HYGI-OS. If commercial reality requires overbooking or underbooking a line, he records the reason, keeping that choice traceable.
HYGI-OS works backwards from the order, checking finished stock first, then released bulk in tanks. It calculates what needs manufacturing, packing or buying.
The calculation considers FIFO, product density, pack size, recipes, economic batch quantity, supplier minimums and order multiples. Omar chooses the exact shortfall, an economic batch or a custom amount. Nothing happens until he approves.
Approval creates manufacturing and packaging batch sheets, stock reservations and draft purchase orders. Reservations protect stock for the order without deducting it. Draft purchase orders stay unsent until a human reviews them.
On the factory floor, Rauf opens the approved batch sheet and selects the actual raw material lots. He records what goes into the vessel and confirms the quantity made. Raw materials leave stock, and the new bulk batch enters quality hold: no allocation, packing or despatch yet.
Rauf switches off the vessel, draws a representative sample and takes it, with the batch sheet, to Neema. He presses Send to Lab, making ownership clear. The first test round opens and cannot be edited afterwards.
Neema runs the product’s configured Lab Methods, covering appearance, odour, pH and active content, alongside separate QC checks. Limits and method references copy onto the certificate of analysis. Every analytical result must be answered, and every mandatory QC check must pass: two kinds of evidence, no shortcuts.
If adjustment is needed, Neema specifies the material, amount, reason and instruction. Rauf makes the addition, records the actual quantity and lot, then resubmits. A new test round starts, repeating until the batch is right.
A pass releases bulk into usable inventory at that exact moment, never before. A failure freezes the batch immediately and sends Omar and Naweed an urgent alert.
One permanent decision is recorded: rebuild from a linked batch sheet, or quarantine the material in a named location. Failed stock can never be sold.
Phil sees only released bulk. He records what is drawn from the vessel and packs the kegs, drums, IBCs or bottles. Finished stock is created with a link to its source batch.
For despatch, HYGI-OS picks reserved stock or the oldest suitable stock. It shows the deduction and posts the despatch.
One connected path keeps every quantity, override, approval, test round and movement permanently traceable. That’s HYGI-OS.
