Want to sell online without holding stock? Digital products on Etsy are downloadable files, like planners, invitations and budget trackers.
Start with one customer and one problem. For barbers, that might be an appointment and income tracker.
Design it in Canva, Excel or Google Sheets. Keep it useful, clear and easy to understand.
Create an Etsy listing with clear previews. Use relevant keywords that describe what shoppers are looking for.
Create once and sell repeatedly, without packaging or physical delivery. But sales aren't guaranteed: expect to test designs, promote your work and learn what customers want.
